PAPER TYPES / SIZE INFO

Artwork is printed on 210gsm Premium Silk White paper which has a smooth finish with a slight sheen adding an image of luxury to all of our designs.

The Common print sizing for A5 / A4 and A3 paper is as follows (in millimetres) ;

PACKAGING

Our printed art prints are packaged safely on a cardboard backing board, wrapped in biodegradable tissue paper and placed inside of a rigid mailer envelope. If you order a custom size larger than A3, it will be rolled up and sent in a mailing tube.

RETURN POLICY

If your order has been damaged in transit please contact me at hello@lunasollane.com.au as soon as possible so I can arrange a solution.

No refunds will be given for change of mind or wrong sizes selection. Please always check the measurements of your frame before placing a order.

If you accidentally order the wrong print or wrong size, please contact me immediately. As long as I haven't printed the order, I will happily change your order.

* Listing are for a unframed physical print only. No frame included. Please check the internal measurements of the frame you will be using for our prints before ordering to avoid any errors.

* Colour of print may vary slightly due to the way computer monitors show specific colour or viewed via smart phone mobile applications. Please always double check before placing a order.
